We try to keep this simple – we thank and value your custom, and aim to ensure that our ‘Customer Is King’.

We purposely have avoided small print – if you are unhappy with any aspect of our garments or service we shall make it right – and in the unlikely event we cannot we shall simply refund you.

All goods are guaranteed 100%. If you are unhappy with the garments supplied in any way we shall replace them or refund you free of charge. Simply return the garment within 30 days to us in its original packaging if possible.

Payments are all processed via the Google Checkout, Top Banana do not receive nor do we have access to any of our customers detailed financial information, we simply are notified when your monies have been processed. WE DO NOT have any records of your financials. We DO NOT pass any of your details to any other companies or organisations.

We endevour to ship all order within 48hrs of receipt.

Free delivery is costed into our prices – delivery is via Parcelforce 48+ Hour

If you take advantage of our FREE customised tour logo service we can only offer this guarantee to damaged goods. We would ask that special attention is taken at order stage to ensure you have the correct sizes, spellings and messages.
